Global premium spirits business and independent family distillers William Grant & Sons has announced a change to its distribution arrangements in Singapore.

From 1st September this year, William Grant & Sons will take over the distribution of its award- winning portfolio, including the world’s most awarded single malt Scotch whisky the Glenfiddich, as well as The Balvenie, Hendrick’s and Monkey Shoulder, in-house.

The portfolio was previously distributed by Heritage Beverages Asia Pte Ltd.

Satya Sharma, General Manager, Singapore, commented, “We want to thank Heritage Beverages for their continuous support in building our brands in the market over the years . They have been a key partner and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them in the region.”

“After working together to expand the footprint of our brands in the market for the past five years, it is important for William Grant & Sons to now take more ownership of cultivating our brands in an important strategic market which acts as a trend-setter within the region as the leading cocktail and spirits destination. We are confident that our team will be able to strengthen existing relationships, and forge new ones with key stakeholders to realise our ambitions.”
